The Woman Behind the Work - Walking Between Worlds

Some people find their calling by following a straight path. Mine was anything but straight. It’s been a winding road of starting over, learning through loss, rebuilding from nothing, and discovering—again and again—that I’m here to guide others through the same storms I’ve weathered myself.

I’ve been the woman sitting in the dark, wondering how life could look so different from what I imagined. I’ve been the business owner whose dream was threatened overnight by forces beyond my control. I’ve been the one carrying family histories, personal wounds, and big questions about who I was supposed to be.

And I’ve also been the woman who got back up. Not because I had all the answers, but because I learned how to find them—inside myself, in the spaces between words, and in the unseen energy that moves through everything.

The Work I Do

Today, I’m a spiritual coach, energy healer, and intuitive guide, but those labels don’t quite capture what happens in the work. What I really do is help people see what they’ve been missing—sometimes in themselves, sometimes in their business, sometimes in the space between the two.

I read energy like other people read books. I can feel the undercurrents in a conversation, the hidden block inside a plan, or the thing you didn’t say that’s just as important as what you did. And once we find it, we can shift it—fast.

I’ve worked with people who came to me exhausted, stuck, and unsure, and left with a clear path forward, practical tools in hand, and a lighter heart. I’ve sat with entrepreneurs whose businesses were “successful” on paper but were draining the life out of them, and together we found ways to realign their work, so it served them, too.

This is results-driven spirituality. It’s healing and action. It’s insight and next steps.

Why I Care

I don’t believe transformation has to be slow. I don’t believe in burying you under vague advice or endless “feel good” fluff that goes nowhere. And I definitely don’t believe you should have to carry everything alone.

I believe in real conversations, even if they’re uncomfortable. I believe in the old ways—connection that’s personal, respectful, and human. And I believe that clarity is the most powerful medicine we have—because when you can see your next step clearly, you can take it.

The Space I Hold
